Steps to reproduce:

Updated to the new Beta v61.0 b4


Actual results:

Opening a new tab or using about:newtab is a blank page. Reset page settings and cleared cache to no effect.


Expected results:

 Tiles, Top site, and Pocket are all missing.

I don't this problème on v60.0 and v61.0b4 on W7 FR sp1 64bits and on W10 FR 64bits.
Did a Refresh on Firefox to restore defaults, issue was resolved.

After doing so revealed a new section under Options>Home (responsible for Firefox Home Content) that previously was not that despite v61.0b4 patch notes documenting this change. Can only assume something interfered with this during the update. For now the issue is resolved, but have no answers as to the cause of the bug.
Thank you for the update. Without any leads as to how to reproduce the issue, I think this can only be closed as Worksforme. Feel free to reopen if the issue resurfaces.
