Try to find a way to reduce the startup time of mozilla by performing an asynchronous bringover of library memory pages from disk into the page cache just like what pstart does.

perhaps this is covered by bug 7251?
After some research on pstart, the speed can't be improved obviously. Mark as WINTFIX. If there is new found, let's reopen it.
