1461176 - border-left is wrong color (blue) when border-top is not specified

When border-left is specified without border-top, the border color is always a shade of blue with no red or green. border, border-top, border-right and border-bottom don't appear to be affected. See test case and screenshot.

Ubuntu 18.04 with AMD BARTS.

Debian Testing (KDE, Radeon RX480), Win10 1803 (GeForce GTX 1060), 2560x1440 (Dell U2515H)
I can't reproduce and would suspect a driver bug. Could you please copy the output of the following command?
lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 vga

Please also attach about:support as text file to this bug. (The command shows PCI IDs and about:support the driver version etc.)

I think this is the same as bug 1456514. Both are from the Radeon HD 6000 series.
(Kats, is that enough information to dupe over or should we wait until both users confirmed a fix in the future?)

Yeah I think it's probably reasonable to dupe it over at this point. If we fix bug 1456514 and this one isn't fixed we can always reopen it.
