Steps to reproduce:

- Switch to private browsing tab.
- Enter an address in the edit box down there (the one that appears when no tabs are open).



Actual results:

The address is open in a normal tab not a private one.


Expected results:

The page should be open in an private tab, otherwise it's misleading.

Hello,
I can't reproduce the issue on 60.0 or the latest Nightly build. Could you give us more details, or maybe a screen-recording of the issue?

Hi,
It's easy:
- start the browser, then you see a new tab.
- tap the tabs management button, the ipen tab address bar will go in the bottom of the screen.
- switch to private browsing and start to type address in the address bar at the bottom of the screen
- the address will be opened in a regular tab not a private one.

Sounds like it's a consequence of Bug 1449866. Please confirm. 
The URL bar shouldn't be visible in the tabs drawer.

Yes, hiding it at all will fix it.
