Steps to reproduce:

Environment: Ubuntu 16.04 with package clearlooks-phenix-theme installed, or an equivalent setup of GTK+3/GNU/Linux with the Clearlooks Phenix theme.

1. Start any version of Firefox containing patches from bug 1355143.

    $ GTK_THEME="Clearlooks-Phenix" firefox

2. Open any page long enough to need scrolling.


Actual results:

On the right edge of the window, a scrollbar appears, with a trough and a slider, but no arrow buttons. The slider can be dragged within the space of the trough excluding the ends where arrow buttons would be. Clicking within that space causes the page to scroll normally.


Expected results:

On the right edge of the window, a scrollbar appears, with a trough, slider, and arrow buttons at both ends of the trough.

I tested the Clearlooks-Phenix on Fedora 28/Gtk+ 3.22 and I don't see such bug, as well as with other themes with buttons. May be related do old Gtk+ version.
