Details

Clang toolchain tasks currently `svn co https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/...` as part of building Clang from source. This makes the task dependent on an external, third party service and therefore makes the task non-hermetic. The solution here is likely to implement a "fetch" task to download the Clang source code so it is available as an artifact for toolchain tasks to consume. I am tentatively planning to hack on this soon.
