Steps to reproduce:

With WebRender enabled with nVidia GeForce GTX 1060, 4k monitor and 200% scaling
* Open Firefox
* Minimise Window
* Restore Window (by clicking on the task bar)

Expected results:

Windows restores nicely

Actual results:

Window paints further down the screen than expected, with garbage near the top.
Batch updating status flags based on WR schedule - please adjust if needed.
status-firefox60: --- → wontfix
status-firefox61: --- → wontfix
status-firefox62: affected → fix-optional
I can no longer reproduce this issue in nightly.
