1462408 - Volume of submitted crashes dropped significantly on Fennec 62.0a1 recently

calixte pointed out today that the number of crashes per buildid are in suspiciously low regions recently.

by looking at the query from https://bit.ly/2KzR3sV (sorted by buildid) it appears that the number of reports never fully "recovered" after the outage we had with crash reporting on may 3rd (bug 1459349 and followup in 1433968).

while we had basically ~200 hundred reports per build during 61.0a1, now it appears to be a handful to a few dozens only.

the 62.0a1 buildid 20180509100132 is an outlier with 1500 reports - not sure what's going on there...

There was a deploy on May 3rd (v317), but I don't see anything that went out in that deploy that would affect Fennec crash collection or processing. I'm not sure what could cause this.

Complicating things is here is that my crash reporting changes for GeckoView (bug 1433968) landed in m-c on May 2nd before being backed out on the 7th for breaking Fennec crash reporting.
