If you go to http://www.iol.ie/~padraiga/ms_mirth/ and click on any picture and back, then the link will change to the "visited" colour. However for the particular URL above this doesn't happen because there is a mismatch between the URL encoded version and that in the HTML. I.E. this URL has spaces in it.
WFM: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0.0+) Gecko/20020521 Reporter, please alway give the version you are using. pi
Sorry I thought that was filled in automatically. I'm using RC2 (2002051013), on Linux.
Also works in Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.0+) Gecko/20020522. Reporter, if you click the URL link above and come back, is it marked as visitied? If so, please provide other steps to reproduce. pi
Still a problem on the latest nightly for Linux
OK, It's reproducible by: 1. going to http://www.iol.ie/~padraiga/ms_mirth/ 2. click on a few pictures and back again 3. click on "Where do you want to go today?" and back Notice that the link isn't marked as visited, probably because the mozilla logic is not matching "spaced%20name" with "spaced name".
Now I see it. I have never seen that before, as above spaces are encoded with %20. The effect was described in bug 128999 which also is a dupe. pi *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 12493 ***
