Steps to reproduce:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0

1. Install Hatena Bookmark Extension. The icon is placed on the toolbar.
2. Sign in Hatena Account.
3. Open a web page.
4. Click the extension's icon and click "ブックマークする".
5. Fill in the input field. When you have dozes of words, scrolling occurs.


Actual results:

A visual glitch of black bar appears for some time. When you scroll the panel, the glitch re-appears.

Your input can not be reflected on the panel while the glich apears.

Workaround: extensions.webextensions.remote set to be false.


Expected results:

No visual glitch appears.

I didn't see this problem with Firefox 59 and I don't see it with the current Nightly.
It's a regression.

I've no idea about what fixed this problem on the Trunk, but I think it's worth uplifting at least for Beta channel.
