When I enable layers.acceleration.force-enabled preference in Nightly, I got strange window behaviour on maximized window. The elements in the window become unclickakable.

@Nicolas Silva from what I read the OP has problems both with Intel and AMD GPUs. The original report is done on Intel, OP just noting that running Firefox with AMD makes it worse.
Yes I have problem with both GPU. The integrated AMD is useless, Intel is working somehow. If you want I am happy to provide more informations, running debug builds and gdb if you want. It would be very nice to have this feature on Linux.

As you can see from the kernel parameters I was manage to use amdgpu driver with the build in AMD GPU. Time by time something happen (maybe related to ACPI events) and Firefox is stop working. I have to restart Firefox, but I got this error in terminal:

So this time it is more like a bug in Mesa/X than in Firefox, but do you have idea what causes this, how can I submit an effective bug report. When this happen I am still able to use Intel card, and the restart can recover this problem.
I am still use layers.acceleration.force-enable; true preference. It provides MUCH smoother user experience w Firefox and Nightly.

Not necessarily. FWIW I'm just a bystander, but I've looked at the code https://cgit.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/tree/src/amd/addrlib/r800/siaddrlib.cpp#n2293 and it looks as a guard for a case when a client (not a driver) did something wrong.
The reason why it fails so **** you is that you seem to be using a debug build of Mesa. If you weren't using debug build, the code would just proceed on returning "valid == false" value.
offtopic: Kami, can you please remove the " (AMD)" part from the title. Ideally it should've done Nicolas Silva, as per comments 5-6, but Nicolas is ignoring, and I can't edit the title myself.

But, if even glxinfo has such (*massively evident*) problem.. something really smells off.
Could you try, I don't know, mesa-git? And disabling either amdgpu or dc?

Oh, yeah, ⁺¹, in my comment I didn't notice you also tested with glxinfo. FTR though, it's irrelevant to the initial bugreport, but definitely needs to be reported to freedesktop.org.
