User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build ID: 20180516032328 Steps to reproduce: right-click > inspect element. Refresh. DOM parent is shown but Children are not. See video. After a quick test, clearfix may be the cause. Actual results: right-click > inspect element. Refresh. DOM parent is shown but Children are not. See video. Expected results: right-click > inspect element. Refresh. DOM parent is shown as well as children.
Just want to clarify what's happening in the video. I believe clearfix may be involved in the issue. Inspect an element. Parent has clearfix applied, in this case. Refresh. Parent is empty in devtools. Close parent in devtools by clicking the triangle next to it. Refresh and children are shown. Did not test just refreshing at this point, but inspecting the child again and refreshing shows empty parent again.

Please note that this issue is also reproducible on Windows 10 x64 and Ubuntu 18.04 x64.

Hi tomliv!

Sorry for triaging this bug so late. It slipped through the cracks.

The video is useful, but a reduced HTML/CSS test case will help us identify the issue. We've fixed a few similar bugs recently with different root causes so this may very well be fixed.

If this is still an issue for you, it would help to know.

Closing this for now. If the issue still occurs, please reopen with a simplified test case and steps to reproduce.
