We recently added two new locales on mobile https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/0888d1fc195c But there's no build, and no traces of changes to l10n-changesets.json: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/log/tip/mobile/locales/l10n-changesets.json So there are currently no single-locale builds for either of these locales: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mobile/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-android-api-16-l10n/

Sorry about that. L10n bumper is running now. Bug 1455355 is the bug to monitor this; I wasn't successful getting the nagios alerts running properly.
Took way too long to clone m-c. But it worked: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/a23b4e769ce0
