The browser doesn't open a dialup connection on startup and clicking on the icon
at lower right has no effect. User has to go to Windows start menu and find
dialup connection and start it from there.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start browser
2.Click on connection icon at lower left
3.
Actual Results: Click has no effect on connection.
Expected Results: Expected that dialup connection sequence to ISP would be
initiated or disconnected.
Note: System is Intel 815EEA MB with new install of Win 2K SP2.

You can switch Mozilla with this "connection Icon" to the internal
Online/Offline Mode. You can't start dialing a connection with this.

VERIFIED/same problem.
See original bug, this is a pretty messy issue in NT.
