14634 - Problems with Prefs UI Advanced | Cache

To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- Open the prefs
- Click on Advanced | Cache

Result: The button you click to select the Disk Cache Folder is labeled 'Choose
File...'.

Expected result: As you click the button to choose a folder, it should read
'Choose Folder...'.

Additionally!

The folder is displayed using a different convention than legacy Netscape
browsers. I would expect it to read 'C:\temp\foo' or similar; instead, it
currently displays the folder selected as 'file:///C|TEMP|FOO/'. This should
probably be changed...

The miss spelling is in.
The fact that it uses file:///C|TEMP|FOO/ format is
bills bug

This might just require using nativePath vs. URL.  I'll get to it someday.

Both fixes look great. 1999121408 on NT, 1999121508 on Linux. Verified fixed.

Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component.  Pref UI 
component will be deleted.
