Steps to reproduce:
 1. Go to twitch.tv and watch a live video
 2. Pause the live video from the Android media control
 3. Tap on the play button from the Android media control

Expected result:
-The video starts to play again

Actual result:
-The video stays paused even after tapping on the play button
