146359 - Mail list window scrollbars get hidden

In the mail and news window, the list of received messages is scrollable. When
selecting a specific message, the scrollbar is "pushed" under the right edge of
the window and is nearly unusable. I think it happens on messages that have a
mail address link (From: Reply-To: or To) that is long enough to cross the
border of the message display window (although this seems to be a different
subwindow).

I experimented a little bit more:
I receive mail from a distribution list from Sun (servlet-interest). They
include a Reply-To address that is rather long :
A mailing list for discussion about Sun Microsystem's Java Servlet API
Technology. <[e-mail]>
If the mail window size is smaller than the length of that Reply-To string: 
- If the "expand header" plus-minus in a square item is in a closed (plus) state
(and the Reply-To line doesn't show), there is a scrollbar in the list of
messages window
- If it is in an open (minus) state, the scrollbar disappears.
Toggling the "expand header" widget changes the widths of the list fields.
Shouldn't those widths stay fixed when the user acts on a different subwindow?

Mozilla build is 2002052122 running on Solaris 2.6 under CDE
