Basically under linux I was trying to download a ".diff" file, the standard
format for patch releases and when I download it mozilla tries to put a .exe
extention on it.  It would be nice if mozilla didn't do that.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try and download a .diff file.

Actual Results:  Tries to download with .exe appended to the .diff file extention

Expected Results:  Left it as .diff and not try to append .exe, especially in linux.
