When using mailnews as news-agent, mailnews uses the Reply button for sending a
followup. This button should be called "Followup", with "Followup to newsgroup"
as tooltip. This should be done in all places where this function is provided.

A button that is called "Reply" must only be used to reply to the sender by email.

User-agents MUST provide clear, separate commands for followup and e-mail reply.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a newsgroup message.
2. Move your mouse over the button that is used to post a followup and see what
happens.
3. Click the button and see what happens.

Actual Results:
2. This button is called "Reply" and a tooltip "Reply to the message" appears.
3. A compose window is created to send a followup.

Expected Results:
2. There should be a button called Followup. Tooltip "Followup to newsgroup"
should appear.
3. If the button is called "Reply", a mail composition window should appear so a
reply can be send to the sender of the article. If the button is called
Followup, a message composition window should appear so the user can send a
followup to the newsgroup(s).

This is a bug for all platforms, setting platform to "All". Sorry for not doing
so when I reported the bug.

This bug seems to be a duplicate of bug 95623, marking it so.
