Cache refresh out of order with flash module

Details
I have a probleme with the cache. When I browse a webpage with flash module all
is good. But if the flash module is updated, it is impossible for me to view the
new module. The "Clear Memory Cache" and the "Clear disk cache" change nothing,
the flash module don't change!

Do you restart browser once Flash plug-in is updated ? How do you "update" your
flash "module" ? What version is it running (see about:plugins) ?
No answer. If you still experience this problem on a more recent build, please
reopen the bug. Thanks.
