The list for v11.x can be found here: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/blob/v11.x/shipping_locales.txt As with the past few releases, we will ship all locales over 30% completion. I'll update this bug once I've updated the files in GitHug.
Breakdown: * Total of 82 locales for v12 (vs 81 in v11) = 1 new locale * 2 locales have fallen below the 30% completion threshold: "or" (29.8) and "si" (28.9). These communities have been silent for the past releases. I'd like to keep them up for now though, because suddenly dropping partial translation for users is a worst user experience than having at least something - especially if they were used to that previously. We'll reconsider this at a later release. * New locale is: en-CA (English from Canada)
