146418 - add namespace support for "Copies & Folders" directory settings in preference

Now, mozilla just let you to set the fixed directories for "Mail & Newsgroup
Account Settings"->"Copies & Folders" preference, such as "Sent", "Drafts", etc.
We should support namespace settings for these folders. And the name of these
folder should be able to be changed by user.

The special folders should always be in the Personal namespace.

This bug makes it impossible to use Mozilla's IMAP with the Courier IMAP server,
which requires proper namespace support.

Actually, is this a dup of bug 27002?  Or perhaps bug 80858?

This is a much better description of this problem than either of those bugs, so
perhaps they should be dups of this, but they seem to describe basically the
same problem...

    Since we can defaultly use the personal namespace as the namespace for the
directories "Sent", "Drafts" and "Templates", this bug is just an enhancement
now. Degrade the severity to enhancement.

Hi,henry,
  I know what you mean of this bug. But I have a quetion not sure.
  When we are doing works on this bug(add namespace selection of special 
folders), we may need consider the change of special folders' namespaces. If a 
user select 'INBOX.aaa' as their namespace now, and he change the namespace 
to 'INBOX.bbb' later. This will let mozilla set special folder flags to new 
folders. And so we will keeps two special folders then.
  This is because mozilla only set special folder flags on certern folders and 
after we use the folder for the first time, the folder will be created and work 
as a special one.
  So if we change special folders' namespace, mozilla will create new folder as 
special folders, still keeping the old ones(I have meet this problem, I always 
have two Drafts in my account). This will make user confused.
  Need your confirm.
