Other than test_canvas.html failing it seems green enough. I filed bug 1464173 for the test_canvas thing, for now I'll just mark it fails-if and let's get these tests turned on.

my biggest concern is...gpu instances are expensive and in greater demand due to fewer available instances.  But we need them for the qr tests;  Is the ultimate goal that we have all tests done on qr in the future (i.e. qr by default?)

Agreed. But so far my plan to "keep adding tests until we get pushback" seems to be working.

Yeah. The long-term plan is to have QR on everywhere and then ditch the other codepaths. Not sure when we'll get to that point though.
