The QuickLaunch feature sometimes sudenly closes for no reason at all. Sometimes
when I close all the mozilla windows and sometimes it just desapear

Do you have more than one profile? BuildID? 
Can you check registry setting?
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run] is set to
       path (as you have installed) (drive:\installpath\mozilla.exe -turbo)

And the registry is ok (just like you wrote)

I think this is duplicate of bug 146340- icon appears, when you close mozilla it
disappears and then reappears.
