I then restarted by double clicking on mozilla and it popped up a dialog box (i'll attach a screenshot) i then closed the dialog box and it crashed. The talkback thingy popped up and my incident ID shown is TB6595427K After the talkback finished i tried reloading mozilla again and it worked fine. no problems.
