User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 Build ID: 20180527220122 Steps to reproduce: 1. Enable WR. 2. Go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1434130#c13 3. Select the middle paragraph. 4. SCroll with touchpad slowly Actual results: If you observe carefully, the white space between the lines (white space between the selected blue text) fills and then whites out. This creates a blinking/shimmer effect when selected paragraph of text is scrolled Expected results: less so.

I can repro this on Windows (but not on macOS).

Presumably this is a jibble-jabble issue inside WR since it happens during async scrolling when we're not sending new display lists. /cc nical

I could confirm the first range on Windows. The other range had GPU process crashs/fallbacks.
