Not happening in Chrome
Happening only with scroll
more acute with scrollbar
reproducible with 100% dpi.
Cannot repro on linux with or without WR enabled, but from the description looks way more like a Graphics bug.
Component: Layout: Web Painting → Graphics
For record, on WIN 10 Dell Latitude with Intel I5 (corresponding HD graphic card, latest drivers) I'm getting those glitches in current stable Fx (60.0.1), Developer Edition (61.0b9 (64-bit)), Nightly 62.0a1 (2018-05-30) (64-bit), even small glitches in Waterfox 56.2.0 (64-bit). No glitches in Pale Moon 27.9.2 (64-bit).
Issue still persists in Nightly with "Direct3D 11 (Advanced Layers)" Compositing (default).
Issue is not present in Nightly with "WebRender" Compositing (forced with pref atm).
