Steps to reproduce:
Refreshed random page with lots of DOM a couple times,
Right clicked, inspect element,
Actual results:
console pops up with no DOM.
Cannot inpect or see any elements in the DOM

I'm having the same issue, but it's not showing any DOM elements in the <body>.
Firefox 60.0.1
OS X High Sierra 10.13.4

Thanks for filing. This is the same as bug 1460223 which has been fixed in 62, 61 and ESR60.
Unfortunately not uplifted to release 60.
Please try on beta (61) to see if this fixes it for you.
In the meantime, I'll close this as a duplicate.
