146525 - Printing a mail message with an attachment, mail window loses focus if browser window is opened

Using branch build 20020522 on winxp, if you print a mail message that contains
an attachment, the browser will be brought to the front and have focus and the
mail window drops to the back.  This does not happen with linux or mac 9.1. 

1. Launch app with browser opened
2. Launch mail
3. Select a mail message with an attachment.
4. Select Print to print the mail message.

Expected: The mail message to print and the focus to be in the mail window
Result: the mail message prints, but the mail window goes to the back and the
browser window pops up to the front.
