*** observed with 2002-05-22-1.0.0 build ***
Steps to reproduce:
- open address book;
- select an address book in the left thread (PAB, CA or any other);
- go to Tools|Export...;
- give the AB a chinese name;
//note the error message (i'll attach this one later)
i am on english winxp, i am able to export with japanese and cyrillic names

Is this about addressbook name or display name in addressbook?
The screenshot contains both and I cannot see which causing the error.

it is about the saving ab with chinese name when importing. I can create a new
AB with chinese name and it displays fine.

nominating since we need to be able to export AB in the localized build and we
are not abe to do so now.
