Steps to reproduce:
1. Open hamburger menu.
2. Click toggle for Tracking Protection,
Actual results:
There is no visible indicator if the toggle is enabled or disabled. But the tooltip on mouse over does show the enable/disable action if clicked.
Expected results:
There should be a visible indicator if the Privacy Toggle is enabled or disabled.
