When saving a viewed image or PDF document, the browser does not retrieve from
cache but instead chooses to download an new copy.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open a PDF document from any site within Mozilla (requires Adobe Acrobat
Reader plugin).
2.  Save the document.


Actual Results:  The viewed file/document will be downloaded, again.

Expected Results:  Retrieving it from cache instead of re-downloading

no, this is file handling.  We're not passing the right cache key to the cache,
so it can't get stuff out of cache.

Reporter: can you confirm? How do you know?
Reporter, I assume you also tried using Acrobat's Save button on the upper-left
corner of the page area?
