Per some feedback on Twitter, some of our dictionaries include the word "transgender" - English (US), (Canada), and (Phillipines) - but most (including the other variants of English, I think?) don't.
We should address this specific thing, and give our dictionaries a look-over to make sure we're being broadly inclusive wrt. gender terminology.

While I understand the reasoning, I'm not exactly sure this is an actionable bug.
Not all locales have dictionaries (36 out of 104), and those which have depend on external sources (like the English one from SCOWL).

Bugs should be reported upstream for each dictionary, and then updated in tree once a new version is released, and I honestly don't know how likely that's going to happen.
Dictionaries on AMO are owned by their respective authors, and we have even less chance there.
