Does this still affect 66?
Setting this to P2 since it affects being able to login to a popular site.

Levente - Several of us tried to reproduce this issue but were unable to - do you have any kind of particular keyboard configuration? Also since we are in 67 cycle can you confirm it is still happening there. Thanks.

I was able to reproduce this only on Google Pixel C (Android 8.0.0) in 66.0b9 with the standard Gboard but wasn't able to reproduce it on Huawei MediaPad M3(Android 7.0) .

Makoto, does this look like something you might work on? It looks like a longstanding, but not common, problem.

I don't have Pixel C, and I cannot reproduce this on my Nexus 9.
As long as I watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x28p_roZIQw, mobile.twitter.com is different design on my Nexus 9. Screen resolution of Pixel C has 2560x1800 and Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 is 2560×1600. This issue is tablet only and it requires high resolution screen, so this is not high priority.
Also, I would like to know whether this can reproduce on Reference Browser (or GeckoView based browser).

Levente, can you try with Fenix or the Reference Browser? Thanks!

Thanks, Levente. I guess that it depends on media query. Since software keyboard is shown, height of content is changed. Then, due to media query, login text box is disappeared.
I wonder why this content still works on Blink. Levente, do you have screencast when using Chrome/Android? If you can take it, could you attach it?

Root cause is twitter's CSS. Due to media query, input box is removed when showing software keyboard.

Karl, do you have a contact of Twitter? When tapping login box on Firefox/Android of Pixel C and Chrome/Android of Pixel C , textbox is disappeared by media query. So user cannot input login name and password.
You can reproduce this on https://mobile.twitter.com/ using Desktop browser when resizing window. Twitter shouldn't use height for media query.
comment #0 is Firefox/Android and comment #18 is Chrome/Android.

To reproduce on Firefox/Android, you set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx=1 on Android's tablet

There are a couple of Issues related with virtual keyboard appearing/disappearing that may be worth to address at Firefox level too, for example Bug 1007286
Thanks for contacting mike.
