Those are reviews from Phabricator[1], our new code review tool, and are different than review? flags set in Bugzilla itself on attachments. The latter are listed the table below.
We should definitely 1) Change the wording to show that those are Phabricator reviews and not Bugzilla reviews and 2) maybe remove the table completely if the list is empty so as to not always be displayed if a user doesn't even do reviews in Phabricator.
