Example url: http://wfrv_new.webtest.netnet.net/ Notice the nav bar beginning with "Headlines". As you drag your mouse down the bar onMouseOut isn't consistently being fired to change the background color back to its original color. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.) See description Actual Results: 1.) See description The problem seems to only exist the first time you drag your mouse down the nav. If you drag the mouse back up the nav the onMouseOut events fire consistently.
