This is updated release for Firefox Rocket v2.2

We'll attach the release APK to this bug. We need to sign them with the release keys and upload them to Google Play.

Note: Max (:maliu) now has the permission to upload but we still need RelEng to help on signing. 

Target signing date is June-6

Afterwards we'll upload this apk to GitHub release as well

Done and verified with apksigner.

I've also verified that the signing key matches, since this is the first release we sign with Autograph, but please pay extra caution during QA to catch any potential issue that the change of signing server may have caused.
