I created this document soley with Mozilla 1.0 Composer.  But it does not
validate as HTML 4.01 even though it says it does.  See for yourself at:

A version that does validate with HTML 4.01 is at

I believe the problem might be that sub-lists are not wrapped by list element tags.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Composer.
2.Make a bulletted list with sublists.
3.

Please try making real documents with Composer and checking that they validate.
