Ideally we’d just remove this (particularly with keygen deprecation, the only use would be importing CA certificates, which itself can be dangerous). Since it’s the only way of importing third-party CAs on Android for now, we probably can’t remove it. Maybe this bug could be to re-implement PSMContentListener as a system add-on?

PSMContentListener was removed in bug 1024871.
