Steps to reproduce:
Seamonkey 2.49.3 was released May 4, 2018. Seamonkey 2.49.2 does not detect the newest version when "Check for Updates" is invoked from the file help menu.
Actual results:
"Check for Updates" from file help menu incorrectly states "There are no updates available" when it should detect the 2.49.3 update.
Expected results:
"Check for Updates" should detect the newest 2.49.3 update. Currently it is necessary to manually download the full installer from https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/seamonkey/releases/2.49.3/win32/en-US/SeaMonkey%20Setup%202.49.3.exe

This is a known problem and mentioned on the website and the releases notes. We are moving to a new infrastructure and this will probably not be solved before.
