Regression from bug 1466077.
We probably need to update https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/taskcluster/ci/build/linux.yml#936 to add 'mozilla-central', and maybe https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/taskcluster/taskgraph/transforms/tests.py#704 to disable tests on linux64-ccov/opt.
