I have tested this report on Windows 10 x64 using latest Nightly and Beta build. I did not manage to reproduce it. When loading the https://news.sky.com/ page everything is loaded correctly. I can see all the pictures and content to load properly. 

Can you please retest this using latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results? When doing this, please use a new clean Firefox profile, maybe even safe mode, to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause (https://goo.gl/PNe90E).

I've re-tested this issue on Widnows 7 x86 using latest Nightly build. When loading https://news.sky.com/ I can see the pictures are painted with 1-2 second delays. Some pictures are not fully painted as shown in the attached image.

https://www.wp.pl/ shows blurry because there's a popup, at least on my machine. But let's file another bug to investigate it, since it's clearly a different problem. For now I'm moving the skynews thing under tracking protection so the people who know about it can confirm whether it's expected or a bug.

The issue is still reproducible and it is related to `tpimages` breakage.
It is reproducible while Tracking Protection BASIC is enabled.

The other resources (assets.adobedtm.com, bskyb.demdex.net, sb.scorecardresearch.com, ping.chartbeat.net) didn't help. 

So in conclusion:
- 365dm.com – Advertising = [tp-ads]
