Steps to reproduce:
Some Videos on Youtube play only sound on the left channel. You can reproduce that behaviour. Example:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2EkoyYN5vs
There are a lot of videos of this behaviour.
In other Browser, sound comes from both channels when playing the example videos.
Actual results:
Sound only from left channel
Expected results:
Sound from both channels (left and right)

Might be the same as bug 1461935. Bug 1461131 comment 9 claims this is fixed in the beta version, are you willing to check if it's indeed so?

Ok - sorry for double posting. Didn't find the previous ticket.
I installed the Beta and can confirm that this Bug is fixed. Both Channels are working with the Beta build 61.0b14 (64-Bit) on Windows 10 64Bit.
