1469061 - Better-identify pushes to non-default branches in the Treeherder UI

Right now, Treeherder provides no visible indication for pushes to non-default branches (i.e. relbranches for chemspills, TB branches, etc). It would be nice if we could utilize some of the whitespace in the push header to show the branch name if it's not default.

I started an attempt at doing part of this (at least get the branch names into the data model, nothing in the UI yet) in https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder/compare/master...KWierso:b1469061?expand=1 but I keep hitting bumps, and I'm a bit out of practice working on the backend stuff. If anyone wants to take this and run with it or help me out, feel free to do so.
