Java 1.30_03 From developers toolkit (Same results with New 1.4 Java from Sun)
Mozilla RC2 AND RC3
Installed as LOCAL Administrator (not DOMAIN Administrator)
Running as John Doe User
I have tried multiple daytime downloads - same result.
Will NOT launch a new window - Can't even get Version information from Help screen.
I wish to depoly into my office - But this is a showstopper for me!
NOTE RC2 AND RC3 NOT RC1 which I am using to file this report.

Can you please uninstall all third-party Themes and/or delete all files in
Profile/Chrome/

Deleted entire chrome directory and re-installed...now works.
As I recall - for version 099 or something I had Star Trek Theme installed,
but it was NOT active - I was using "Classic"
It was working for RC1 (which I know has the security bug) and stopped with RC2
& RC3.
If I wanted - Could I install a theme ?

You can install a Theme.
Earlyblue and Startrek are busted last week but they should be fixed.
If you get a problem, delete the Chrome folder again :-)
i know that pinball is working with all my builds.
