Details
The preferences to control when the download manager is used and when individual
windows are used have vanished. Now I get the second-worst result - both appear.
The only thing worse would be neither. :) Preferences to control this behavior
have already been completed and tested (AFAIK) but have been removed from
1.0rc3. Please address this.
