User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build ID: 20180605171542 Steps to reproduce: 1. install Firefox on both Windows & Linux 2. download some files on Linux 3. force a sync Actual results: download history synced from Linux to Windows but just says `file moved or missed` Expected results: download history should never be sync
