As part of the replacement of Autophone with Android hardware testing, we plan on initially turning on mochitest-media for Pixel 2 devices using the geckoview-androidTest.apk.

These are currently green when run under Fennec:

But are perma-orange on mda1 and mda3 run under geckoview-androidTest.apk:

I would like to disable these for Android sdk 26 until such time as we can fix the issues with TestRunnerActivity.

We aren't going to be using geckoview-androidTest.apk on mda at least to begin with so we won't be landing this. Feel free to wontfix it.
