When system titlebar is disabled we should provide more relevant menu entries on default dragspace popup. Compare menu entries offered by Chrome and Firefox (see attached image) while Firefox entries are not very relevant and useful. I think we should at least add "Use system titlebar" entry as the system titlebar offers additional actions.

I think it's more important than the P5 if we want to make the hidden titlebar default on Linux as well as it's on Window.

I just checked Windows 10 builds and it behaves the same way as the Linux/Gtk+ one - there's also missing the titlebar system menu.
