When system titlebar is disabled we should provide more relevant menu entries on default dragspace popup.

Compare menu entries offered by Chrome and Firefox (see attached image) while Firefox entries are not very relevant and useful.

I think we should at least add "Use system titlebar" entry as the system titlebar offers additional actions.
Component: Widget: Gtk → Menus
Product: Core → Firefox
Is it same bug as bug 1425721?

No, bug 1425721 is about missing system menu which is provided by system titlebar. This bug is about menu provided by Firefox itself.
Priority: -- → P5
I think it's more important than the P5 if we want to make the hidden titlebar default on Linux as well as it's on Window.

I just checked Windows 10 builds and it behaves the same way as the Linux/Gtk+ one - there's also missing the titlebar system menu.

I have no intention to fix this one.
