Details

XPViewer doesn't appear to want to show the whole scrollbar when it's maximised.
Instead, you get about 3/4 of it - it appears to be off to the bottom-left a
couple of pixels. Otherwise, it works fine, and the problem doesn't show up when
it's maximised.
Note that as of 1998-11-24, this is either fixed or the bug only happens when
the start page is one which scrolls.
